Information about the article. 13 of Legislative Decree No 196/2003
In compliance with the requirements under the new law on the protection of personal data, it is stated the following. The treatment of personal data is based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, being therefore protected your privacy and your rights. The data given to SunTop Srl in connection with contractual relations aimed at commercial proposal, or in the stipulation of contractual relationships are subject to data processing, for purposes of: a)purposes related to: a civil laws, tax and accounting, administrative management of the contract, compliance with the contractual obligations and support in information about the services you have purchased; The datas acquires at point a) The data referred to in paragraph a) are treated by our employees, our coworkers and our external consultants, if committed in the execution of the warrant assigned. We show that the consent to the processing of data for purposes indicated in point a) is mandatory and essential for implementation of the mandate. The company ensures that the data processing carried out with or without the use of electronic or automated devices, will be done through instruments that guarantee the security and confidentiality. It may include - within the limits and conditions imposed by Legislative Decree No 196/2003 - one or more of the following steps: collection, recording, organization, conservation, development, modification, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction. Holder of the treatment of the data is SunTop Srl, headquartered in Milan, Via B. Eustachi 24, Tel +39 02 45494722, which will use them for the purposes above.
Against the holder of the treatment is always possible to exercise rights under Art. 7 of Legislative Decree No 196/2003, reproduced in full below: "1. You have the right to obtain confirmation whether of personal data existance or not, even if not recorded yet, and their communication in intelligible form. 2. You have the right to obtain indication about: a) the origin of personal data; b) the purposes and methods of treatment c) the logic applied in case of treatment with the aid of electronic instruments d) the identity of the owner, and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2 e) subjects or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware as appointed representative of the State, managers or agents. 3. You have the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when necessary, data integration; b) cancellation, transformation into anonymization or the blocking of data processed unlawfully, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data have been collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations at points a) and b) have been notified, including their contents, to those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort to the protected right. 4. You have the right to object, in whole or in part, a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data, pertinent to the purpose of collection b) the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communication."
